When you visit this site, the hosting server (Spaceship, Inc., data centre in Germany, EU) records technical data such as your IP address, browser and time of access, to keep the site secure and working (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). These logs are deleted after a short period. No analytics, advertising or tracking cookies are used.
Contact form and email
If you get in touch, your name, email, phone number (optional) and message are used only to answer your enquiry and, if a project follows, to carry it out (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR). Messages are delivered through Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd.). Microsoft may process data in the USA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Enquiries are deleted after 12 months, unless a project follows or legal retention periods apply. You can withdraw your consent at any time by email.
The Instagram link is a simple link. No data is sent to Instagram unless you click it.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, or its correction, deletion, restriction or transfer, and you can object to its processing, by writing to contact@iemima.studio. You may also lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (www.dsb.gv.at).
